Maybe following setting was changed to "Tapur Virtual Camera".
[Tools]-[Options]-[Video setteings]-[Select webcam]
You may choice your webcam.

Tapur5.x stopped to use "Tapur Virtual Camera".
If you have old Tapur, You have to install Tapur 5.x after the uninstall of old Tapur.
